What This Page Is
This site exists to collect early access sign-ups for a product NearTreat is building for local food businesses. It is not the product itself, and nothing here is an offer to sell you anything. By using this site or submitting the form, you agree to these terms.
Joining the Early Access List
Joining the list is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee of anything. We review sign-ups and open access one neighborhood at a time. We may invite people in any order we choose, and we may decline or remove a sign-up at our discretion — for example, if the details are clearly fake or the form is being abused.
About the Early Access Perks
The perks described on this page — including three months free for the first 100 businesses and founding-member pricing — apply to businesses we invite and who activate their invite during the early access period. Perks are limited in number, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If we have to change a perk, we'll tell everyone on the list by email before the change takes effect.
Accurate Information
Please give us real details. If your email or business name is wrong, we can't reach you when your area opens, and we may remove the entry.
Forward-Looking Statements
Product descriptions on this page are our current plans for something still in development. Features, timing, pricing and availability can change before launch, and some things described here may work differently or ship later than expected. Please don't make business decisions that depend on a specific launch date.

The NearTreat name, logo, copy and design on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share a link to this page. Please don't copy the content or present it as your own.
